Before I was a coach, I was a woman who spent much of her life caring for others while feeling anxious and disconnected inside.
With over 30 years as a physical therapist, I’ve witnessed how deeply the body holds our stories — especially stress, grief, and unprocessed emotion. My own healing journey led me beyond traditional approaches and into somatic and nervous system–based work, where everything finally began to shift.
Today, I help women in midlife reconnect to their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and come home to themselves — with compassion, patience, and presence.
